Ella takes a completely unnecessary breath and focuses. True enough, her fangs retract a moment later.

Then she sees the blood and they pop back out. "Oh darn."

She holds the bag, eyes fixed in it. She has no idea of why, but the mere sight of blood is making her salivate. The bag comes with the usual tube that gets connected to whatever machine it's used, so she pulls it and takes a tentative sip.

"Holy crap." She's not gonna say anything for the next few minutes that it takes her to drain the blood.
