BUT WHY WOULD I WANT TO BE A STOCKHOLDER?
Although Vice Enterprises is one of the biggest and richest corporate conglomerates in the world, providing equipment for the Vigil is an expensive business that doesn’t actually give as much of a return on investment as one would think it would. As such, Jessiah Vice’s group is always looking for more people who are willing to buy shares in their company. Keepers of the Vigil who do that gain some special benefits.

MEMBERSHIP & INITIATION.
Buying stocks with Vice Enterprises is simply a matter of getting in touch with the Vice Tower closest to one’s assigned power base and expressing one’s interest in the company. Vice rarely turns interested operatives down, and most arrangements are completed in less than 24 hours.
Keep the Money Flowing. Operatives must retain at least 3 dots of Resources throughout the campaign, or risk losing this entitlement permanently.
Fight the Good Fight. Vice Enterprises is rather sensitive about its public image, and that includes the reputations of their shareholders since everything, for them, is on record. Operatives must make sure to stay clean, and never find themselves embroiled in some sort of scandal.
Keep Us Posted. Keepers who are also shareholders are expected to attend meetings, and keep themselves updated with movements within Vice.
Spread the Word. Keepers who are shareholders need to invite at least three other operatives to join in the fun for the entirety of their partnership with Vice.
Members of this entitlement may now purchase this Merit.STATUS [VICE HOLDINGS] (• to •••••)
Your character has become a shareholder of Vice Enterprises. Advancement reflects the level of investment you appear to have made in Vice Enterprises, and the subsequent benefits that the conglomerate has decided to give you out of gratitude for your contribution.
The effects of each dot of Status have been listed below.
• You’ve just processed the papers, and signed off a couple of your paychecks to Vice Enterprises. When requisitioning equipment from the Vice Armory, you may now consider your effective Status within your primary conspiracy as one dot higher than it actually is.
•• You’ve become a regular in the shareholder meets that the Vice Tower closest to your area has, and you’ve signed off a hefty amount of cash to the conglomerate by now. Once per session, you may now attempt to call in a favor from a division of Vice Enterprises, or from the Vice Armory of your primary conspiracy.
••• You’ve just become a Senior Partner of Vice Enterprises. When requisitioning equipment from the Vice Armory, you may now consider your effective Status within your primary conspiracy as two dots higher than it actually is.
•••• You’re one of the bigger shareholders in your area, and probably one of the shareholders that can throw some good weight around during those meets you all have. Twice per session, you may now attempt to call in a favor from a division of Vice Enterprises, or from the Vice Armory of your primary conspiracy.
••••• If you’re not presiding over the shareholder meets, it’s because you’re just not interested. When requisitioning equipment from the Vice Armory, you may now consider your effective Status within your primary conspiracy as three dots higher than it actually is.
