THE APP PROCESS

This page is meant to be a step-by-step guide on how to apply for a character in Welcome to the New Age. Reference links for actual character creation using the rules of White Wolf and Waking the Dead will follow shortly.

Remember: applications for our game are always OPEN. All you have to do is fulfill these steps and wait for us to get back to you. :)

BEFORE ANYTHING... ARE YOU A CURRENT PLAYER LOOKING TO APP ANOTHER CHARACTER?

If so, you can skip Step One completely. You don't even need to include a referral link.

STEP ONE: CHECK IF YOUR REQUEST TO JOIN OUR GAME WAS APPROVED.

If you have not made a request yet, please go to this page and follow the instructions we've outlined on it.

STEP TWO: CREATE YOUR CHARACTER JOURNAL AND FIND A PB

As typical of other DWRP games, players will need a journal specific to their character in order to participate in our game. Make sure, as well, to check these pages to see which PBs have been taken by the mods, by the mini-mods, or by our current players.

STEP THREE: PLEASE INCLUDE AN OOC CONTACT POST/HMD SOMEWHERE ON YOUR CHARACTER JOURNAL

You can format this post any way you like - just make sure that other players have an easy way of getting a hold of you, and a place where they can raise their concerns.

STEP FOUR: COMPLETE YOUR CHARACTER SHEET AND CERBERUS DOSSIER

You can find the format that we'd like you to use for character sheets and dossiers on this page. Leave any items that you're not certain about blank - you're always welcome to ask us for assistance in private.

Please make a separate post on your character journal for each of those items, for easy reference.

STEP FIVE: MAKE A POST FOR FUTURE EXPERIENCE POINT TRACKING.

This post is good both for your reference and the reference of our mod team with regard to how you have invested the EXP you gained for your character in the game. You're welcome to format this however you like.

STEP SIX: LET US KNOW WHEN YOU'RE DONE.
